Return & Exchange Policy
The customer or his authorized representative is allowed to accept the delivery of order from IJEWELLERY.IN after verifying the product with us. Please note that we don’t accept any Returns and Refund, therefore, we ask you to be mindful while placing your order.
However, we do allow exchange. We have a stipulated time frame for exchange,i.e., within 7 days after the delivery date. We will allow you to swap your item for one of equal or more value if you are unhappy with it for any reason.
