Shipping Policy
We provide free shipping all over India. We will ship the product to your doorstep free of charge all over India. Also, customers can pick up or collect the product by themselves from IJEWELLERY between 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM from Monday to Saturday (as per their convenience).
Please note
If the Customer chooses the option of collecting the product by themselves from our shop then they need to bring a photocopy of any of the following photo id proofs handy for receiving the delivery.

2.Driving License
3.Passport
4.Voters card
Our customer service may contact you for additional information if required.
If some person other than the customer approaches for acceptance of delivery, then his/her photo ID will also be required.
Cancellation Policy
IJEWELLERY does not encourage cancellation of order once placed. However, the following considerations shall be taken into account.
A customer places the same order more than once for the same product and same quantity within a span 24 hours.
Cancellation shall be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders are already shipped.
Delivery time – 5-7days
Returns and exchange
As the customer himself or his authorized representative will accept the delivery of order from IJEWELLERY after verifying the product at IJEWELLERY itself, generally, there will not be any case of returning the product or its exchange as it happens in the case of door delivery.
Hence, all such cases shall be treated at par with the cases of offline transactions and the prevailing policy for return or exchange of the products.
In case of home delivery, the customer shall return the product within 7 working days. We shall check the condition of the product and other quality parameters including weight, etc. within the next 7 working days and process the refund thereafter. Hence, refund may take approximately 15 working days. If product is not returned within 7 working days, then IJEWELLERY shall not be liable to accept the return of product under any circumstances.
As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via the respective payment gateway.
If required, IJEWELLERY shall replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. We will refund the purchase price. Refunds will only be made after we have received the product undamaged and in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 (Fourteen) Working Days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or reflected in your account.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at IJEWELLERY.IN@GMAIL.COM and we will look into it immediately and help you sort out the issue at the earliest possible.
